I love this set of resources, and I remember you first sharing them on Instagram! Today I'm mostly feeling very, very tired. Beyond a nap, I'm wondering what you would suggest as a somatic enquiry for fatigue...?

Thank you! When I am tired I tend to stop and ask myself, how do I know I am tired? What sensations am I interpreting as tiredness? That might give me clues for how to respond, maybe I actually need to hydrate, or maybe I need a snack, however what I do find works for general fatigue is to switch out of the vertical. If I can’t lie down, then I’ll try and lean towards 45 degrees (play with the angles: somewhere it’s refreshing, somewhere it’s a snooze!) if I can get out of the vertical then I usually close my eyes and get in touch with the out breaths. Let me know if any of this chimes 🙏

Ps. I meant to say that I find leaning forward out of the vertical is as interesting for fatigue as leaning backward eg sitting on the floor and leaning forward to rest folded arms/head onto the seat of a chair (bolster support for front body, extra nice!)

Hmmm. Leaning. Let me play with that and get back to you!
